Shipping policy
Order processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another email when your order has shipped.
Where we ship
We ship only to addresses in the contiguous 48 states and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands or other U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or outside the United States.
How we ship
All orders ship by ground service. We do not offer air, expedited, or overnight shipping. Safe-HCL is classified as a corrosive liquid (UN1760, Class 8) for air transport; see Section 14 of our Safety Data Sheet.
Shipping rates
Shipping is charged once per order, based on the total weight of the products in your cart. Your shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Bulk orders (over 40 lb)
Orders over 40 lb can't be completed at online checkout. Email sales@safe-hcl.com with the products and quantities you need and your shipping ZIP code, and we'll reply with a quote.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven't received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@safe-hcl.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date, if the item is unused, unopened and in its original packaging. Please email sales@safe-hcl.com with your order number before sending anything back, and we'll reply with return instructions. We will refund the full order amount minus the cost of return shipping.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@safe-hcl.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
