Refund policy

If you'd like to return or exchange your order, we're here to help. You can return an item within 15 days of the delivery date for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging. Please email sales@safe-hcl.com with your order number before sending anything back, and we'll reply with return instructions. Refunds are for the order amount, minus the cost of return shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo, and we'll work with you on a solution.
